Meet Hunter Paige. Named in part for Melissa’s daughter, Hunter Paige is the first extension of the Parlour family tree. This intimate sister salon, located just one block from the original Parlour 3, is home to a devoted team of 20+ stylists. Hunter Paige offers a thoughtfully tiered service model, with stylists grouped by experience level and pricing designed to meet a range of needs. Every stylist completes Parlour’s extensive training program and is carefully tested before earning a chair, ensuring each client is matched with the right expert for their hair, beauty, or bridal vision. From lived-in color to wedding-day styling, Hunter Paige brings personalized artistry, polished service, and a deeply welcoming spirit to every appointment.

Barbour 3

Barbour 3 is the relaxed grooming lounge of the Parlour family tree—a warm, unpretentious space designed for men who want something more personal than a traditional barbershop. Located next door to Parlour 3, the salon brings together skilled barbering, thoughtful styling, and a distinctly local sense of character, with curated family heirlooms from founder Melissa Schleicher’s great-grandfather, a Brentwood local himself. Led by master barbers and stylists, Barbour 3 offers more than a great cut: it’s a place to settle in, feel comfortable, and leave looking sharp without feeling overdone. Polished but easygoing, classic but current, rugged but refined.

Parlour 3 Agency
A year after opening Parlour 3, celebrity hair and makeup artist Melissa Schleicher saw an opportunity to expand the brand beyond the salon. Alongside her cousin and booking agent, Amber Shuff, Melissa created Parlour 3 Agency to meet the growing demand for on-location beauty services while opening doors for other talented hair and makeup artists. Built from Melissa’s own experience in the industry, the agency connects clients with skilled freelance artists for events, weddings, productions, and special occasions ensuring the polish, warmth, and professionalism of Parlour 3 wherever beauty is needed.
